There are two possibilities in downgrading. One is from iOS 11 betas to iOS 10.3.2 and second one is 10.3.3 to 10.3.2.
Before you start the process you MUST check these basic requirememt's avaialbility.

  • Your Phone of course
  • Sufficient Battery(50%)
  • Your USB cable
  • A computer
  • Latest iTunes installed in your computer

Step by Step Guide

    Step 1 - First of all, turn off your device's Find My iPhone feature (Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone).

    Step 2 - Download the relavent IPSW file for your device. You can download the right iOS 10.3.3 IPSW file for your specific device from here

    Step 3 - Use USB cable to connect your device to the computer and ensure that iTunes launches. Now put the connected device into DFU or Recovery mode. For iPhone 7 users, you must press and hold the Sleep/Wake button + Volume Down button for 10 seconds. Non-iPhone 7 users should hold down the Power and Home button for 10 seconds, then release the Power button but ensuring that Home button is still pressed. iTunes will provide an alert saying that it has detected a device in Recovery Mode.

    Step 4 - Now, in iTunes, press and hold the Option key (Mac), or SHIFT key (Windows), and select the Restore iPhone option in the main device window.

    Step 5 - Select the iOS 10.3.x IPSW file from your computer that you want to downgrade to.

    Step 6 - iTunes will then restore the iOS 10.3.x firmware file to the device. After this Apple's Hello screen will appear allowing you to set your device up to your needs.
