Apple is still signing iOS 12.2 but this cannot be predicted for how long they would allow this. So better option for those who are dissatisfied with the new iOS 12.3 is a downgrade. Here we go.
Before you start the process you MUST check these basic requirememt's avaialbility.
Step 1 - First of all, turn off your device's Find My iPhone feature (Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone).
Step 2 - Download the relavent IPSW file for your device from the above list
Step 3 - Use USB cable to connect your device to the computer and ensure that iTunes launches. Now put the connected device into DFU or Recovery mode.
How to out into DFU mode
For iPhone 7 users, you must press and hold the Sleep/Wake button + Volume Down button for 10 seconds.
Non-iPhone 7 users should hold down the Power and Home button for 10 seconds, then release the Power button but ensuring that Home button is still pressed.
iTunes will provide an alert saying that it has detected a device in Recovery Mode.
Step 4 - Now, in iTunes, press and hold the Option key (Mac), or SHIFT key (Windows), and select the Restore iPhone option in the main device window.
Step 5 - Select the iOS 12.2 IPSW file from your computer that you want to downgrade to.
Step 6 - iTunes will then restore the iOS 12.2 firmware file to the device. After this Apple's Hello screen will appear allowing you to set your device up
to your needs.
