Blizzard Jailbreak Supported iOS versions
Blizzard Jailbreak is initially supported for iOS 11 versions including iOS 11.4.1 but it will support upto iOS 13.5. Also for all the devices including A12/A13 devices. Simply iPhone 11, iPhone XS and iPhone X will be jailbreakable using blizzard jailbreak.
You may use LiberiOS Jailbreak , Electra or RootlessJB as alternatives to Blizzard Jailbreak in iOS 11 versions.

The default package manager will be Zebra for Blizzard Jailbreak. The developer mentioned in one of his tweets about Zebra and you may find out the tweet below.
Zebra is the default package manager for the Blizzard Jailbreak, but that doesn’t mean you can’t install whatever package manager you see fit. Zebra is modern and a good base package manager.
This doesn’t mean that Zebra is the only package manager which can be used with the devices jailbroken using Blizzard. You may use your favorite package manager on your jailbroken device.

Blizzard will support iOS 13 - iOS 13.5 and there are alternative methods to achieve the same. To name some,
- Unc0ver Jailbreak
- Checkra1n Jailbreak
But blizzard mostly be an alternative to Uncover due to its nature. Checkra1n is a hardware based jailbreak but both Unc0ver and Blizzard are software based jailbreak methods.
